You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to keep your password confidential.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or information you provide to us for the purpose of our Services ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, we will assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables created specifically for you as part of our Services, except for:

• Third-party materials
• Our pre-existing intellectual property
• Our confidential or proprietary information

7. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.

7.2 Termination by You

You may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice to us, subject to any specific terms in a separate agreement between us.

In no event shall Zygrowth, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zygrowth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your Client Content caused damage to a third party

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
